The purity of copper is higher than 99.997%. Cryogenic monocrystalline treatment, this particular process at a temperature of -196 ° C, provides excellent conductivity and increases the flow of electrons.

Option 2 – Own Carrier:
- Arrange return with a carrier of your choice;
- Email us: “Return: order number …” to receive a return form to include in your package;
- Return requested more than 2 weeks after delivery day cannot be processed and declined.
Timeframe:
- You have 14 days to request a return calculated from the day the package was delivered to you;
- The package must be received in our warehouse within 2 weeks after your request to return the product.
Exchange product:
- Place a new order for the desired product;
- Original order must be returned and will be refunded (minus any return costs);
- Refunds processed via the original payment method within 2 weeks.
