Universal fit The 2M series is designed for easy cartridge installation, weight, and size, so it fits most common turntables today. The 2M series is available in four different product variant configurations: the 2M Red for the most common turntables on the market; the 2M Red Premounted, for direct and easy mounting and replacement on an S-shaped tonearm; the 2M Red Verso, for bottom-mounted headshells; and the 2MR Red, a cartridge housing custom-designed for turntables and tonearms like Rega, meeting the requirements for low form factor cartridges. Split Pole Pin Technology The 2M Red features Ortofon’s proprietary split pole pins with a copper wire, giving you sound reproduction so precise that only your heart will skip a beat.

We deliver your Hifimastery order as quickly as possible via DPD, DHL, or PostNL (your country’s national postal service). You choose your preferred carrier at checkout. All shipments are insured and tracked, so we handle any loss or damage.
Shipping Costs:
- Netherlands & Belgium: Free shipping on orders over €50;
- Other European countries: Free shipping on orders over €100–€200 (depending on country, always visible in checkout before payment).

Track & Trace

If your order is delivered to a pickup point due to your absence, you’ll be notified either through the tracking information or via services provided by the carrier.
Returns & Right of withdrawal – We keep it simple

Return Conditions:
Items are undamaged and clean.
- All accessories included (also manual etc);
- Original packaging;
- Pack items securely for safe return;
- Sealed products remain unopened (applies to fragile or hygiene-sensitive items, e.g., turntable styli, in-ear earbuds).
For furniture, always choose Option 2.
Option 1 – Return Label:
- Use our return portal to print a return DPD shippinglabel;
- Coverage is up to €500 via DPD (other carriers not insured);
- Returns are at the customer’s risk and expense (if you need more insurance value contact us so we can check for higher insurance or choose option 2)
Option 2 – Own Carrier:
- Arrange return with a carrier of your choice;
- Email us: “Return: order number …” to receive a return form to include in your package;
- Return requested more than 2 weeks after delivery day cannot be processed and declined.
Timeframe:
- You have 14 days to request a return calculated from the day the package was delivered to you;
- The package must be received in our warehouse within 2 weeks after your request to return the product.
Exchange product:
- Place a new order for the desired product;
- Original order must be returned and will be refunded (minus any return costs);
- Refunds processed via the original payment method within 2 weeks.
