The Hidizs MS2 Pro are wired in-ear headphones designed around a hybrid architecture with two transducers, one dynamic and one balanced armature, and a system of interchangeable acoustic filters, allowing the sound signature to be adjusted according to musical styles. This versatility is complemented by a ZA-12 zinc alloy body, ensuring both rigidity and a high-quality finish.
Hidizs MS2 Pro: Hybrid acoustic design
The MS2 Pro combines two complementary transducers to cover the entire audible spectrum: a 10.2 mm dual-cavity dynamic transducer equipped with a PU+PEEK composite diaphragm with a nanometric DLC (diamond-like carbon) coating, and a Silvercore balanced armature transducer developed in-house by Hidizs for high-frequency reproduction. This hybrid architecture is based on a dual magnetic circuit that improves control of the dynamic driver, particularly in the bass registers. The whole unit is housed in a ZA-12 zinc alloy moulded body, whose rigidity limits parasitic resonances while ensuring a neat finish.
Hidizs MS2 Pro: Adaptable sound signature
Beyond this technical foundation, Hidizs offers three interchangeable acoustic filters that modify the acoustic response according to listening preferences. The transparent ring filter favours an airy and detailed soundstage, particularly suited to classical and acoustic music. This approach is transformed with the red ring filter, which warms the signature to better serve folk and pop. For those looking for more impact in the bass, the black ring filter accentuates the low registers, offering a more energetic presentation for rock and metal.
Hidizs MS2 Pro: Silver-plated OFC copper cable
The MS2 PROs are equipped with a detachable 0.78mm 2-pin cable, making them compatible with most audiophile cables available on the market. The original cable is a silver-plated OFC twisted copper model, measuring approximately 1.2m. This model ends with an asymmetrical 3.5mm stereo jack connector.

We deliver your Hifimastery order as quickly as possible via DPD, DHL, or PostNL (your country’s national postal service). You choose your preferred carrier at checkout. All shipments are insured and tracked, so we handle any loss or damage.
Shipping Costs:
- Netherlands & Belgium: Free shipping on orders over €50;
- Other European countries: Free shipping on orders over €100–€200 (depending on country, always visible in checkout before payment).

Order Shipping Times:
- Orders placed before 17:00h and in stock ship the same day monday-friday;

Track & Trace
We know you’re eager to enjoy your order—and we completely understand! Once your order has been shipped via an external carrier, you’ll receive an email from us containing a tracking number or a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. This lets you see exactly when your order is expected to arrive.
If your order is delivered to a pickup point due to your absence, you’ll be notified either through the tracking information or via services provided by the carrier.
Returns & Right of withdrawal – We keep it simple

- Pack items securely for safe return;
- Sealed products remain unopened (applies to fragile or hygiene-sensitive items, e.g., turntable styli, in-ear earbuds).
For furniture, always choose Option 2.
Option 1 – Return Label:
- Use our return portal to print a return DPD shippinglabel;
- Coverage is up to €500 via DPD (other carriers not insured);
- Returns are at the customer’s risk and expense (if you need more insurance value contact us so we can check for higher insurance or choose option 2)
Option 2 – Own Carrier:
- Arrange return with a carrier of your choice;
- Email us: “Return: order number …” to receive a return form to include in your package;
- Return requested more than 2 weeks after delivery day cannot be processed and declined.
Timeframe:
- You have 14 days to request a return calculated from the day the package was delivered to you;
- The package must be received in our warehouse within 2 weeks after your request to return the product.
Exchange product:
- Place a new order for the desired product;
- Original order must be returned and will be refunded (minus any return costs);
- Refunds processed via the original payment method within 2 weeks.
