Description

Tonar TopTip needle cleaner with liquid, combined with the Cleantip Pro high-density carbon needle brush.

The newly developed TONAR TOP TIP stylus cleaning liquid with stylus lubricating additive is very easy and simple to use. It is a powerful cleaning solution that will detach all the dirt and tough grime that your stylus collects from the record during play-back and result in a perfectly cleaned stylus surface.
The kit contains a bottle with the TOP TIP cleaning and lubrication liquid. In the bottle top you will find an applicator brush that is used to wet the stylus brush.
The kit also includes the TONAR Clean Tip carbon fiber stylus cleaning brush.
Instructions:
Unscrew the bottle top and apply one or two drops of liquid onto the TONAR cleantip brush. To clean the stylus tip brush the tip a few times with the brush.
Careful! Always clean the tip from the back of the cartridge to the front of the cartridge only. Never brush back and forth. You do not have to remove the stylus from the cartridge for cleaning.

Shipping - Made easy with DPD, DHL and your National shipping company

We deliver your Hifimastery order as quickly as possible via DPD, DHL, or PostNL (your country’s national postal service). You choose your preferred carrier at checkout. All shipments are insured and tracked, so we handle any loss or damage.

Shipping Costs:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: Free shipping on orders over €50; 
  • Other European countries: Free shipping on orders over €100–€200 (depending on country, always visible in checkout before payment).
    The higher the order amount the lower the shipping costs until the free shipping amount is reached, which is fair...

Order Shipping Times:

  • Orders placed before 17:00h and in stock ship the same day monday-friday;
  • In case a product has a longer delivery time than this is mentioned at the stock status!!! 

You choose we follow:

You can choose in the checkout what shipping company you want us to use for shipping your order. Sometimes due to longer delivery times etc, we can choose another reliable partner based on your order. 

Track & Trace

Returns & Right of withdrawal – We keep it simple

Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries! Returning items is simple and stress-free.

Return Conditions:

Items are undamaged and clean.

  • All accessories included (also manual etc);
  • Original packaging;
  • Pack items securely for safe return;
  • Sealed products remain unopened (applies to fragile or hygiene-sensitive items, e.g., turntable styli, in-ear earbuds).

For furniture, always choose Option 2.

Option 1 – Return Label:

  • Use our return portal to print a return DPD shippinglabel;
  • Coverage is up to €500 via DPD (other carriers not insured);
  • Returns are at the customer’s risk and expense (if you need more insurance value contact us so we can check for higher insurance or choose option 2)

Option 2 – Own Carrier:

  • Arrange return with a carrier of your choice;
  • Email us: “Return: order number …” to receive a return form to include in your package;
  • Return requested more than 2 weeks after delivery day cannot be processed and declined.

Timeframe:

  • You have 14 days to request a return calculated from the day the package was delivered to you;
  • The package must be received in our warehouse within 2 weeks after your request to return the product.

Exchange product:

  • Place a new order for the desired product;
  • Original order must be returned and will be refunded (minus any return costs);
  • Refunds processed via the original payment method within 2 weeks.
