2M Series
The 2M Series of cartridges is designed for precise and accurate retrieval of the information in the record groove. Our philosophy is to play the record sound as accurate as possible, without coloring the sound. The name 2M was selected among several ideas. We wanted a modern name that would be easy to pronounce and to remember, and therefore an alpha numerical name was chosen. 2M means MM, which is the abbreviation for moving magnet. The 2M series of cartridges feature Ortofon’s trademark split pole pins, an invention that enables moving magnet cartridges to have a flat frequency response, as with a moving coil cartridge. Split pole pins were invented by Ortofon, and were originally presented in the 500 series and Super OM series. We have optimized the design for ease of mounting the cartridge, weight and size to fit the most common turntables at the market today. 2M Series provides excellent compatibility in an assortment of playback systems and with a wide variety of phono preamps.

Track & Trace

Return Conditions:

- Pack items securely for safe return;

For furniture, always choose Option 2.
Option 1 – Return Label:
- Use our return portal to print a return DPD shippinglabel;
- Coverage is up to €500 via DPD (other carriers not insured);
- Returns are at the customer’s risk and expense (if you need more insurance value contact us so we can check for higher insurance or choose option 2)
Option 2 – Own Carrier:
- Arrange return with a carrier of your choice;
- Email us: “Return: order number …” to receive a return form to include in your package;
- Return requested more than 2 weeks after delivery day cannot be processed and declined.
Timeframe:
- You have 14 days to request a return calculated from the day the package was delivered to you;
- The package must be received in our warehouse within 2 weeks after your request to return the product.
Exchange product:
- Place a new order for the desired product;
- Original order must be returned and will be refunded (minus any return costs);
- Refunds processed via the original payment method within 2 weeks.
